Window Installations Supervisor Full Time NEW

GTA Windows & Doors Ltd. is currently seeking a Window Installations Supervisor.

Our location is at 218 Bridlecreek Green SW, Calgary, AB T2Y 3N9.

This position is full-time, permanent, and starts as soon as possible.

The hourly wage is CAD 40.00 with 40 hours per week.

Job Requirements:
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

On-site:
Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Work site environment:
Outdoors, Noisy, At heights, Dusty

Work setting:
Construction, Installation, Residential, Repair, Various locations
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
– Supervise installation crews and monitor project progress.
– Coordinate and schedule activities according to the jobs
– Train workers on proper window installation and safety procedures
– Set up machines and equipment
– Estimate required materials and project costs for each installation
– Ensure health and safety rules are followed on site
– Requisition or order the windows, tools, and supplies needed for jobs
– Lead the crews and give clear instructions on site

Supervision:
– 1 to 2 people
– 3-4 people
– Window installers
