Warehouse Supervisor Full Time NEW

AB Greenhouse Builders Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for our Calgary location.

Our work location is at #3, 2625 18th Street NE, Calgary, AB T2E 7E6.
– On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

The hourly wage is CAD 37.50 with 40 hours per week.

The candidate will need to be able to work in the evening, morning, on call, day, and weekend.

This is a Permanent, full-time position and starts as soon as possible.

Job Requirements:
– Languages: English
– Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
– Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Work setting: Warehouse

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
– Organize and coordinate daily warehouse operations and activities.
– Coordinate activities with other departments and teams.
– Prepare and submit inventory, shipping, receiving, and warehouse reports.
– Arrange maintenance and repairs for warehouse equipment and facilities.
– Resolve operational issues and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
– Train warehouse staff on job duties, company procedures, and safety policies.
– Arrange and coordinate training for warehouse staff
– Conduct warehouse staff performance reviews and provide feedback.
– Coordinate, assign, and review the work of warehouse staff.
– Order materials, equipment, tools, and warehouse supplies as required.
– Organize and maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
