We are seeking experienced sous chef/lead cook to join a team in a fun atmosphere while maintaining a professional decorum.
The role includes but is not limited to the ability to drive sales, manage costs, create goals and execute strategies to meet/exceed targets given.
Overall the position involves, a 45-50 hour work week. All aspects of all positions within the organization need to be understood. Creating a strong working environment that thrives and is set for success with or without you is mandatory.

– Understanding Cost of Sales and the relation to the business. Food Costs, Menu Engineering, Labour Costs

– Opening and Closing procedures
– Inventory Control

– A competent hiring process that is uniform and thoughtful
