Procurement Officer Full Time

Aspaire Development Ltd. is currently seeking a full-time Procurement Officer to support the company’s purchasing and procurement operations related to construction and development projects.
The Procurement Officer will be responsible for the following duties:
• Purchase general and specialized equipment, materials, and business services
• Assess operational requirements and develop specifications for materials, equipment, and supplies
• Review supplier quotations and proposals
• Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and delivery arrangements with suppliers
• Consult with suppliers and vendors regarding procurement needs
• Establish and monitor delivery schedules
• Coordinate purchasing activities to support construction and development operations
• Resolve issues related to suppliers, contracts, and deliveries
• Maintain procurement records and purchasing documentation
• Provide customer service and supplier support as required
Education
• College diploma or higher in:
o Business Administration
o Commerce
o Supply Chain Management
o Logistics
o or a related field
Experience
• 3 years to less than 5 years of relevant work experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations
Technical Skills
• MS Office
• MS Excel
• MS Outlook
• Electronic mail systems
Additional Qualifications
• Experience in construction, industrial, or development environments is considered an asset
• Strong negotiation and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s licence preferred
