We are currently seeking a qualified Residential Maintenance Person for one of our residential properties.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Consistently provide service excellence and resident support.
Performing maintenance and repairs to building, common area and vacant/tenant units.
Cleanliness of facility and grounds.
Maintenance and repairs of units.
Prepare, show and lease Units.
Collect rent receivables.
On-call every 2nd weekend, select week-nights.
Other building duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Cleaning or property management experience.
Computer skills (Microsoft Suite and Yardi).
Strong maintenance skills (plumbing, painting, cleaning).
Ability to adapt to change in rapidly growing company.
