Early Express Entry Data Shows Nearly Half Of Top Candidates Were Already In Canada

Internal data from Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC), covering the first three weeks of January, 2015, shows that 45 percent of the top 775 candidates in the Express Entry pool were already residing in Canada. The report was obtained through an Access to Information request.
