Title of position: Waterfowl Hunting Guide

Number of Positions: THREE (3)

Job duties: Identifying, Scouting, spotting, guiding, calling, setting up and breaking down spreads. Talking with landowners. Reading RM maps. Cleaning birds.

Terms of employment: Seasonal, Start mid August 2026 through early November 2026

Wage: $26.50 per hour, lodging, fuel and food are all provided

Language: Must be able to read, write & speak English

Employee Benefit/Bonus package: Lodging, Fuel and food are provided at no cost to employee

Location of work: Surrounding the Canwood Saskatchewan area, in designated hunting zones

Skills/Requirements: Previous experience guiding waterfowl

• Must be able to call ducks & geese
• Must we able to properly identify Northern Canadian waterfowl species
• Must be physically fit and be able to work long hours
• Must be flexible to work all days of the week (varied work days)
• Experience with or having a bird retrieving dog an asset
• Must be willing to work outdoors
• Must be self motivated
• Must have a good attitude and relate well to clients
• Must participate in setting up and breaking down spreads
• Must be able to read RM maps
• Must have a clean driver’s record
• Must be able to communicate in English
