Accountabilities & Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

Position crew into teams to work on lines and supply crew with safety equipment
Manage work schedules and procedures, track hours, monitor performance, and prepare reports and paperwork
Arrange teams to complete tasks on time and to ensure the quality and accuracy of all projects
Monitor product quality and lot codes
Fill in production tracker with lot codes, quantities, damages, and overages
Complete daily checklists and forms to ensure quality and accuracy
Ensure closing documents and nightly cleanup are completed
Review and complete piece work forms
Set up and/or maintain coding machines, lines, and conveyor belts
Train workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
Communicate and work with external agencies and internal teams
Support the Manager on daily projects
Work with the Manager to identify and resolve concerns and obstacles
Maintain and enforce operation standards, including safety procedures for the handling of goods, and ensure compliance
Ensure smooth operation of equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work
Keep track of inventory and inform Manager when supplies and materials are low
Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for multiple projects

Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum two (2) years’ experience in a supervisory role
Minimum two (2) years’ experience in a co-packing warehouse
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong detail-orientation, analytical, and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks, solve problems, and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and/or collaboratively
Ability to take initiative and innovate
Quick learner with the ability to adapt

Experience and specialization

Minimum 2-years of experience supervising a team
Minimum 2-years of warehouse experience
Must be knowledgeable of warehouse operations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
