Viet Lounge – Food Service Supervisor Full Time

Viet Lounge located at 901 64 AVE NE suite 5108 in Calgary Alberta is currently looking for a full time permanent Food Service Supervisor $30.00/hour – ne benefits.

Duties:
Establish methods to meet work schedules, Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, Hire food service staff, Address customers’ complaints or concerns, Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, Establish work schedules

Applicants must have completion of high school with 12 months experience. Applicants must also be able to read and speak English.
