Viet Lounge – Cook Full Time

Viet Lounge located at 901 64 AVE NE suite 5108 in Calgary Alberta is currently looking for a full time permanent Cook $30.00/hour – no benefits.

Duties:
Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food, Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, Clean kitchen and work areas, Recruit and hire staff, Manage kitchen operations

Applicants must have completion of high school with 12 months experience. Applicants must also be able to read and speak English.
