Tattoo Artist Full Time NEW

Black Diamond Tattoo Club is looking for one (1) Tattoo Artist to join our Fort McMurray team! This position is a permanent position and is in the English language. Work location is at our shop in Fort McMurray.

Job duties include:
-Clean and sterilize tattoo equipment and work areas
-Consult with and advise clients on size, colour, design and placement of body art
-Make custom designs for clients
-Use demographer to apply permanent pigment to the client’s skin with chemical dyes
-Maintain health and safety procedures
-Apply temporary designs to client’s skin
-Keep a portfolio of work for client engagement and advertisement

Education:
-Completion of secondary school
-Portfolio of work required

Compensation:
-$45.00 per hour for 30-40 hours per week. Overtime is paid at 1.5 times earnings at each pay interval

Experience Required:
-2 to 3 years of direct tattoo experience is an asset and personal portfolio collection
