Golden Pizza (Agassiz) Inc DBA Domino’s Pizza is part of an international brand, which is the second-largest pizza chain in the world. Its strength lies in the delivery market, which is one of its strongest assets.

Now, we are looking for a permanent, full-time Store Manager to join us.

Job Duties:
– Oversee and manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
– Supervise and coordinate staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
– Monitor food preparation, product quality, and customer service standards to ensure compliance with company policies.
– Analyze sales records and financial reports to identify opportunities for improvement and implement cost-control measures.
– Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain accurate stock records.
– Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
– Handle customer concerns and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
– Develop local marketing initiatives and strategies to increase sales and customer retention.
– Prepare and submit operational and financial reports.

Qualification:
– Minimum of one year of supervisory experience or similar in food service industry.
– Diploma in hospitality or food and beverage service management is preferred.
– Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
– Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
– Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
