Spa/Clinic Supervisor (NOC 62029) Full Time NEW

Homstol Enterprises (Tisdale) Ltd. (Trading as Milk and Honey) is looking for an experienced Supervisor at our Aesthetic & Laser Clinic to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

This role includes but is not limited to: Overseeing daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency, consistency and high service standards which include, coordinating, assigning and reviewing the work of clinic workers. Hiring and training of staff and establishing work schedules and procedures. Ensuring compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations. Resolve work-related problems and ensure customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service. Perform the same duties as the workers being supervised, as and when needed.

This role requires from the suitable candidate to be a qualified Esthetician and have at least 1 year of work experience in the industry, and the ability to communicate well in English.

Wage will be between $18.50 – $21/hr depending on experience. With overtime for hours worked in excess of 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week. Benefits include, disability, dental and extended medical benefits. 3 weeks of paid vacation annually.
