The position of Business Development and Sales Coordinator is a critical role to the owners and someone who shares their strategic vision for growth and opportunities.
As a Business Development and Sales Coordinator at Terraforma Systems, this role will encompass business strategy, business development and account management at TFS and RA. Leading a team of colleagues, you will take our technologies into the marketplace through strategic business development best practices.
You will identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short and long-term sales and revenue growth and will develop a sales plan to ensure consistent, profitable growth in revenue.

โAdvise, strategize and make recommendations and decisions on business growth and innovation
โRepresent RAโs group of companies with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
โAchieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance and growth
โDevelop campaigns, generate leads, build and nurture client relationships
โResearch industry needs and gaps, and identify how our solutions to meet them
โBuild, train, motivate, and advise a team of account managers & customer service associates
โContinuously develop team talent and skills to ensure best practices in customer relations and service delivery
CORE FUNCTIONS:
โ STRATEGY & LEADERSHIP: Work with the owners on company objectives and implementing company goals with regards to account management & revenue growth
โ KEY DECISION MAKING: Assist by making recommendations on key business strategies, especially with regards to this department and where it intersects with the other RA Group of Companiesโ offerings
โ RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: Work towards being the face of our account management, sales and business development department by supporting the team in nurturing existing relationships and forming new ones
โ BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: Assist the Account Managers & Customer Service team in establishing effective plans, campaigns & service offerings to support the sales and revenue goals of the company
โ DRIVE REVENUE & GROWTH: help evaluate and assess opportunities in the marketplace for services and products that will drive further growth and profitability
โ TEAM DEVELOPMENT: help stablish and manage effective programmes to coach, engage and train members of the Account Management & Customer Service team, and support the hiring of new talent
DETAILS OF FUNCTION:
โDevelop sales strategies to improve market share in all services & present to the owners;
โDevelop a sales plan to ensure profitable revenue growth across the companyโs product portfolio;
โDevelop a framework of KPIโs and reporting mechanisms related to the revenue, service delivery and quality assurance of the Account Management Department;
โPerform sales activities on major accounts and negotiate contracts;
โLead team members on the marketing and communications team on campaigns;
โFormulate sales practices and procedures;
โDevelop forecasts on annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams and provide quarterly results assessments demonstrating sales productivity;
โInterpret short and long-term effects of sales strategies on company profitability
Terms of Employment: Permanent Full time

Wage: $36.05/hr, full time, permanent position โ 40 hours per week
Requirements: Bachelorโs degree in business, economics or sales or any related discipline. and 3-5 years of experience in the field
Proposed Compensation:
Three (3) weeks vacation annually
