Math Confidence Prep School offers specialized tutoring services to help students improve their math skills and confidence. With a focus on personalized instruction and tailored learning plans, we aim to support students in achieving academic success in mathematics. Now, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Secretary to join our school.
Job duties:
• Provide administrative support to the school as assigned
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff
• Prepare various documents, such as price lists, course materials, student and parent information sheets, invoices, receipts, etc.
• Schedule appointments and meetings, take minutes as needed
• Handle incoming phone calls and emails, address general inquiries, and relay messages to ensure clear communication
• Assist in creating marketing materials and support marketing campaigns
• Maintain administrative databases, enter data, and keep records up to date
• Organize and maintain files while ensuring confidentiality
• Track the inventory of office supplies and restock when needed
• Perform general administrative duties, including copying, scanning, printing, etc.
Requirements:
• Completion of a one- or two-year college or other program for administrative assistants or secretaries or previous clerical experience is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
