No degree, certificate or diploma

Experience required:

• You must have a minimum of 8 months of experience operating manual/hand-held spray-guns, for coating purposes, within the automotive industry.
• Previous experience working as a Rust Proof Technician will be considered an asset.

Main Duties
1. Using a manual/hand-held spray gun to coat a range of automobiles, with anti-rustproofing oil coat.
2. Operating equipment to prepare vehicles for application of anti-rustproofing oil coat.
3. Cleaning all the work equipment, workstation and area.
4. Maintaining all the equipment in clean and good working condition.
5. Where automobiles are well-maintained, applying touch-ups, as needed to ensure continued rustproofing.
6. Ensuring that the appropriate oil coats are utilized in the process.
7. Adhere to all applicable provisions of the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act
