Retail Store Supervisor Full Time

Canadian Tire # 310, located at 2965 Gordon Road, Regina, SK, S4S6H7, is seeking full time, 32-40 hours per week, 2 Retail Store Supervisors. At least 2 years experienced required and English language ability. Wage is $22.00 per hour plus health benefits. Duties include but not limited to:
Assign sales workers to duties
Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
Authorize return of merchandise
Establish work schedules
Sell merchandise
Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
Organize and maintain inventory
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
