This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Supervisor located in Bay Bulls, NL. The Restaurant Supervisor will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain high standards of food and beverage service. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing schedules, addressing customer inquiries or concerns, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role also involves maintaining inventory, monitoring sales performance, and supporting team development to create a positive dining experience.

Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively manage and lead a team
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service expertise to ensure an excellent dining experience
Excellent Communication skills to interact with customers and coordinate with staff
Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage operations
Proven ability to handle a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is an asset
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality is a plus
