Job Description and Qualifications:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Pizza Delight, Just Fries, Manchu Wok, and Cafe Depot MUN University Food Court. The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience, and 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.

Job Duties:
• Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
• Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
• Conduct performance reviews.
• Cost products and services.
• Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
• Organize and maintain inventory.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
• Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
• Participate in marketing plans and implementation.
• Lead and instruct individuals.
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns.
• Provide customer service.
• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.

Skills (education, experience):
• Completion of secondary school is required
• 2 to 3 years of experience in the food service industry or completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management

Language of Work: English

Wage: $16.00/hour

Hours: Minimum 30 hours a week
