Restaurant Manager Full Time NEW

We are seeking a full-time Restaurant Manager for our Lebanese restaurant.

Requirements:

⁃ Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a Middle Eastern cuisine, with specific expertise in authentic Lebanese cuisine highly preferred.

⁃ Significant supervisory or management experience in a restaurant setting.

⁃ Deep operational knowledge of authentic Lebanese cuisine.

⁃ Ability to communicate in English.

⁃ Completion of secondary school or equivalent practical industry experience is required; a degree or certificate in hospitality or a related field is preferred. 

Tasks include, but are not limited to:

⁃ Operational Oversight: Plan, organize, direct, and control the daily operations of a high- volume, authentic Middle Eastern restaurant.

⁃ Food Quality & Culinary Compliance: Oversee food preparation standards, ensuring strict adherence to authentic Middle Eastern recipes, marination profiles, quality controls, and specialized safety and sanitation procedures

⁃ Inventory & Vendor Management: Negotiate pricing with specialized food suppliers, manage inventory levels, track kitchen waste, and control beverage and food costs.

⁃ Staff Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise all staff members. Set performance standards and enforce Ontario health and safety regulations.

⁃ Financial & Administrative Management: Manage daily revenue sheets, establish staff shift budgets, monitor profitability, and implement localized marketing strategies to drive customer retention.

⁃ Customer Relations: Resolve customer inquiries and ensure high standards of service.
