Job Title: RESTAURANT MANAGER

Job Requirements:

• College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
• Previous experience 7 months to less than 1 year is required in food industry
• Excellent oral communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible shift either Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend in fast paced environment
• Attention to detail in all areas of work

Work Location: 5 Mountainview Rd N Georgetown, Ontario L7G 4T3

Job responsibilities:

• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction
• Manage staff recruitment, training, and supervision for front-line and kitchen employees
• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations of a restaurant or food service establishment
• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff (servers, cooks, kitchen staff, etc.)
• Set staff work schedules and monitor performance
• Control inventory, monitor revenues, and modify procedures to reduce costs
Prepare budgets and analyze financial reports
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, health, and safety regulations
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, policies, and updates

Vacancy: 1
Compensation: $36.10 per hour
Start Date: As soon as possible
Work Hours: Minimum 30 to 35 hours per week
