Restaurant Manager Full Time
Job Summary
Booster Juice in Campbell River is seeking a friendly, motivated, and experienced Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive restaurant experience and a college degree in the field. This role involves managing staff, maintaining food safety
standards, and ensuring the overall success of the restaurant. Previous experience in food preparation, food safety, POS systems such as Oracle, and team management/leadership is highly desirable. Our Restaurant Manager will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily store opera0ons, including food and smoothie prepara0on, ensuring efficient and
friendly service
• Supervise and mo0vate staff through effec0ve team management, interviewing, training, and
scheduling
• Be in charge of local adver0sing and dona0ons
• Process invoices, payments, bank deposits and pulling/analyzing daily business reports
• Organize event and catering sales
• Prepare staff accounts for payroll, distribute gratui0es
• Oversee food handling procedures to maintain strict food safety and sanita0on standards
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Monitor inventory levels, ordering, and product quality standards
• Lead by example fostering a clean, organized and team-oriented work environment for all staff
members
• Represent the Booster Juice Franchise
Qualifications & Skills
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
• Culinary Business College Certificate
• revious supervisory or management experience in the food service industry of 3 years
• WHMIS and Food Safe Level1 Certificates
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong oral and written communication ability
