Restaurant Manager Full Time

Duties

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service.
Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
Implement food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations.
Coordinate kitchen activities, including food preparation and presentation.
Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative menu offerings that align with customer preferences.
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.
Foster a positive team culture through effective leadership and communication.
Qualifications

Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen operations.
