Restaurant Assistant Manager Full Time

The Station Pub is looking for one (1) Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our Calgary team! This position is a permanent full-time position located in Calgary, Alberta. This position is in the English language and requires language competency.
Job duties include:
-Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the restaurant, with particular focus on the kitchen operations
-Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
-Recruit kitchen staff and oversea staff training
-Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
-Control inventory, monitor revenues and pricing
-Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
-Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food supplies
-Other management tasks as determined by ownership
Education:
-Completion of post-secondary education OR equivalent restaurant experience
-Completion of secondary education
Compensation:
-$36.00 per hour for 30-40 hours per week. Overtime is paid at 1.5 times earnings at each pay interval
Experience Required:
-3-4 years of direct restaurant supervisor experience with experience in kitchen operations preferably as a Cook or Cook supervisor
