Assess patients’ physical abilities, functional limitations, and movement disorders
Establish physiotherapy diagnoses and develop treatment plans
Plan and implement therapeutic exercise programs
Provide manual therapy and physical modalities
Educate patients on posture, ergonomics, and injury prevention
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans
Maintain clinical documentation and reports
Communicate with physicians and healthcare professionals
Provide rehabilitation following injury, surgery, or chronic conditions
Promote functional independence and safe return to activities
Employment Requirements – Education -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution
Licensing
Eligible for registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia
Professional liability insurance required prior to start
