Panoply Media is looking for a mid level digital marketer who would like to learn and grow their knowledge and experience in digital marketing, working within the Digital Media Team.
Your eagerness to learn will allow you to grow within an environment led by a senior marketing team allowing you to quench your thirst for learning new skills within the ever growing digital marketing landscape (from Connected TV to audio down to Social Media, and much more).

What You’ll Do
The Data Analyst plays a key role within our operations team in the day-to-day execution of our advertising campaigns. We expect the candidate to become the key technical resource for tracking & analytics, as well as build out the dashboards within the provided tools. This role will be an ever growing role and can grow into managing a team of data specialists, as we keep growing.
Work with the team in order to gather requirements of dashboards (client objectives, KPIs, and any special reporting needs)
Determine potential roadblocks and solutions for tracking and optimising towards our advertisers KPIs
Work within a various set of platforms to gather reporting and connecting APIs to dashboard
Visualisation of data in a clear precise manner
Develop partner relationships with different ad tech solutions
Create processes to ensure we are leveraging the platforms efficiently and cost effectively
Work closely with the VP and with Digital Media Director to establish a roadmap and determine the needs of the operations team
Developing and ensuring top quality dashboards for clients and management
Provide clean and clear data for post campaign analysis
Drive key reporting metrics for management
Remain up to date on new features and media innovations. Present these to the internal team on a regular basis
What You Bring
DEC or BAC in Marketing/Analytics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience
Understanding of media metrics and dimensions
Data visualisation experience (Datorama, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
Knowledge of ETL processes
Added assets if you know (SQL, Python, R, etc.)
Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset is a must.
Attention to detail
Ability to learn on your own and investigate when needed
Excellent written and oral communication skills (French and English)
Remain organised and consistently follow-up when needed
Intermediate to advanced skills with Excel or Google Sheets
