Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for performing boat and vehicle repairs and maintenance work as assigned in accordance with Exclusive Auto Marine and factory standards
• Estimate repair costs
• Inspect and test engines to diagnose and isolate faults
• Adjust, repair or replace mechanical or electrical system parts Perform scheduled maintenance and service
• Advise customers on work performed and the condition of the equipment
• Repair and build hoisting mechanisms and other mechanical systems on industrial trucks and forklifts
• Review work orders and discuss work with the supervisor Test and adjust repaired equipment for proper performance
• Ensure all tools and equipment required to carry out tasks assigned are kept in a well maintained and safe condition
• Keep shop area neat and clean and be able to account for all dealership owned tools at all times
• Understand and follow federal, provincial, and local regulations such as those governing the disposal of hazardous waste
• Work in a multidisciplinary environment
Education Requirements:
High School Diploma; completion of a related field is considered an asset.
Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English, including the ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend instructions in a fast-paced work environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Salary: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour, with wage increases based on performance during annual reviews
• Vacation: 15 paid vacation days after 12 months of employment or 6% vacation pay per payroll cycle

Training Provided:
Orientation on company policies, procedures, and operational standards will be provided.
