• College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years in Legal studies.
Experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Experience with collections, correspondence, financial statements, reports and records, and civil litigation required.
• Experience with MS Word, MS Office, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint
Security and Safety
• Criminal Record Check, Credit Check, Employment references required.
Job Duties
• Prepare financial statements and reports.
• Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents.
• Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage.
• Report and document investigations and conclusions/recommendations.
• Collect payments from debtors.
• Research records, court files and other legal documents.
• Professionalism in customer service
• Research legal precedents and gather evidence.
• Complete credit and loan documentation
• Trace and locate debtors.
• Provide customer service.
• Complete legal documentation
• Analyze financial documents and reports.
• Draft legal correspondence
