Days Inn by Wyndham Redwater is a comfortable and welcoming hotel known for its friendly service and convenient amenities. We are seeking a dedicated Night Shift Head to oversee operations during the night shift, ensuring a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for our guests.

Job Duties:
• Supervise night shift operations, ensuring hotel policies and procedures are followed.
• Manage and support night shift staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Oversee front desk operations, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and handling guest inquiries and concerns.
• Conduct regular safety checks and ensure the security of the hotel premises.
• Address any issues or emergencies that may arise during the night shift to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of public areas during the shift.
• Track the inventory of supplies and place purchase orders when needed.

Qualification:
• Relevant work experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is required.
• Proven supervisory or management experience in a similar setting is preferred.
• Excellent communication and team management abilities.
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Availability to work during evenings, holidays, and weekends.
