We are looking for a dedicated Nail Salon Supervisor who is passionate about beauty and customer service, has strong leadership skills, responsible and can oversee daily salon operations.
Responsibilities:
– Schedule work and coordinate with employees schedule
– Monitor production and quality of work
– Maintain cleanliness of work area
– Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
– Supervise office and staff
– Monitor and purchase supplies and materials
– Arrange for maintenance and repair work of equipment
– Resolve work problems, provide advise and recommend measures to maintain productivity
– Be the point of contact when in need to handle problems
– Has knowledge in nail care technique and nail polish application
