Nail Salon Supervisor Full Time

* Job Responsibilities:
. Supervise and keep nail salon clean and tidy
. Check supplies and carry out supply orders
. Check employees’ product to match customer’ss request
. Establish work schedules and procedures
. Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and salon’s policies
. Coordinate daily activities with other employees, may perform work done by employees
. Resolve customers’ problems and complaints and prepare reports
. Check and make sure all electrical equipment should be turned off before closing
. Check all tools and make sure the work progressed well, report to the owner if any damage occurs
. Perform Marketing on social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram
. Greet customers and keep check the number of customers in a day

* Job Requirements:
Language:
– English

Education:
– College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Experience:
– 2 years to less than 3 years in supervisory roles

Supervision: – 5 – 6 nail technicians per shift
