About the Position:
Dr. Ghulam Farid Memon (2023) Medical Corporation is seeking experienced and qualified Medical Directors to oversee the delivery and administration of health-care services at our hair restoration and hair transplant clinic in Winnipeg.
The successful candidates will provide leadership and management of clinic operations, establish and implement policies and procedures, supervise and coordinate health-care professionals and support staff, oversee programs and services, and contribute to maintaining high standards of patient care and service delivery. Candidates with experience in hair restoration, hair transplantation, aesthetic medicine, dermatology, cosmetic medicine, or related medical services are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the delivery of health-care services within the clinic.
* Establish and implement policies and procedures for the effective delivery of medical and hair restoration services.
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
* Supervise, coordinate, and support health-care professionals and clinic staff.
* Recruit, train, direct, and motivate staff as required.
* Assign responsibilities and coordinate staff activities.
* Develop and implement programs and projects related to clinic services.
* Monitor the quality and effectiveness of health-care services provided.
* Develop systems to monitor and evaluate patient care and service quality.
* Oversee the preparation and review of operational and service reports.
* Review and analyze operational and service-related data.
* Assist with planning staffing requirements and future clinic resources.
* Oversee the appropriate use of medical facilities, equipment, supplies, and other resources.
* Establish and maintain professional standards and clinic procedures.
* Coordinate with physicians, health-care professionals, administrative personnel, and other stakeholders.
* Participate in management meetings and provide recommendations concerning clinic operations.
* Support the development and implementation of new programs and services.
* Ensure that staff receive appropriate direction, training, and support.
* Promote a professional, safe, respectful, and patient-focused environment.
* Perform other management and administrative duties related to the operation of the clinic.
Hair Restoration Experience:
Experience in one or more of the following areas is considered an asset:
* Hair transplantation
* Hair restoration
* Aesthetic medicine
* Cosmetic medicine
* Dermatology
* Scalp and hair-loss services
* Medical clinic operations
The position involves management and oversight of services provided by the hair restoration clinic. Clinical and procedural activities must be performed only within the scope of the individual’s professional qualifications and applicable requirements.
Qualifications:
* Relevant university degree, professional qualification, or education appropriate to health-care management and the position.
* 3 to 5 years of relevant management or supervisory experience in a health-care, medical, aesthetic, or related clinical environment.
* Experience managing or coordinating health-care services.
* Experience supervising health-care professionals and support staff.
* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
* Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures.
* Ability to manage multiple operational priorities.
* Strong understanding of professional standards, patient care, and clinic operations.
* Experience in hair restoration or aesthetic medical services is an asset.
* English language proficiency.

This is an on-site position. Remote work is not available.
