As a Marketing Coordinator, you’re a people-person with a laser focus on details and timelines. You’re the critical link between our clients and our Creative Teams — translating ideas into deliverables and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
You lead client meetings, help ideate campaigns and strategies based on client needs, and ensure execution is smooth, timely, and high quality. You’re organized, personable, strategic, and know how to move multiple projects forward simultaneously without missing a beat. You’ll also be responsible for quickly mastering each client’s brand voice, identity, and goals, ensuring all marketing deliverables consistently align with and reinforce their brand positioning.
A three-month probationary period applies at the start of employment.
WHAT YOU DO
Lead client meetings with clarity, confidence, and strategy
Create and coordinate monthly social media calendars and campaign plans
Plan and oversee the production of creative deliverables across departments: Copywriting, Graphic Design, Video, Animation, Web, and 3D
Collaborate with the Creative and Strategy teams to launch both large-scale campaigns and smaller ongoing projects
Post content and manage real-time engagement across client social media accounts
Monitor multiple timelines and deadlines simultaneously, ensuring nothing is missed
Engage and grow online communities by responding to DMs and comments on behalf of clients
Monitor industry trends and emerging opportunities for client visibility and engagement
Review analytics and provide actionable reporting to inform future strategies
Deliver consistently excellent client service by being communicative, proactive, and solutions-focused
WHAT YOU NEED
Solid understanding of B2B marketing (through education or work experience)
Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once
Direct experience using social media management tools
Excellent written and spoken English
Comfortable working in CST time zone
