–Responsibilities–
Perform general maintenance and repair work across residential and commercial properties, including but not limited to:
– Drywall repairs, carpentry work, and finishing tasks including patching, sanding, and painting walls
– Basic heat pump, HVAC, and appliance maintenance and troubleshooting
– Plumbing repairs, including leaks, clogged drains, running toilets, and faucet repairs
– Basic electrical work (non-certified), including replacing light bulbs, switches, and outlets
– General handyman work, including doors, locks, hinges, handles, and cabinets
Perform basic exterior upkeep, including pressure washing and minor landscaping
Inspect units and common areas to identify maintenance needs proactively
Coordinate with contractors to arrange access and scheduling, and to ensure work is completed properly
Maintain accurate documentation of all work orders from start to completion
Carry out additional duties as assigned
Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with tenants, team members, and homeowners
–Qualifications–
5–7 years of hands-on maintenance experience
Valid driver’s license required
Personal vehicle and own tools are considered an asset
Experience in carpentry, drywall, plumbing, and basic electrical work is required
Fall Arrest and/or WHMIS certification is considered an asset

Monday to Friday, 8:30AM – 5:00PM
