About the Opportunity:
We are looking for an Oven Operator who is motivated, shows attention to detail, and is willing to learn!  This individual will be responsible for efficiently producing quality parts by operating plastic molding equipment, trimming plastic parts, fabricating components and assembling product. This team member will also troubleshoot defects, complete quality inspections, and perform tooling set up as needed.

About You:
As the successful candidate, you will possess the following qualifications:
– Able to work independently and as part of a small team
– Experience with blueprint reading
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Able to perform repetitive work
– Willing to do shift work
