Salary: $38.40 per hour
Overtime: After 40 hours per week at $57.6 per hour

Terms of Employment: Permanent/Full Time (40 hrs/week)
Requirements
• Completion of High School
• 1 year of experience in installation of suspended stages, rigging, moving and dismantling
• Some experience with maintenance of equipment used in the installations
• Fall Protection Training, Swing Stage Orientation, Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Steel-toed boots and hard hat.

Work Conditions: fast-paced, physically demanding, working at heights, heavy loads, working in all seasons.
Duties:
• Supervise crew members involved in the installation, moving and dismantling of swing stages
• Communicate with contractors regarding installing and setting up fall protection equipment
• Lead toolbox meetings
• Perform rigging and de-rigging of stages as per safety protocols
• Schedule and coordinate work on the sites
• Read, interpret blueprints and ensure proper installations
• Communicate work assignments and other updates to crew members and workers
• Oversee loading and unloading of material
• Assist crew members with installations and dismantle as necessary
• Complete all required safety and site documents
• Address and resolve complaints
• Aid, guide, and support crew members and workers as needed
• Assist with maintenance of equipment on job site or in the shop
• Perform other tasks as assigned
