Horse Foreman Full Time

Supervise the care, feeding, grooming and training of horses
Oversee staff and assign daily tasks
Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of stables, tack, equipment and horses
Monitor horse health and coordinate with veterinarians and farriers
Keep records of feeding schedules, medical treatments and training programs
Enforce safety protocols and proper animal handling procedures
Maintain inventory of feed, bedding, medications and equipment
Report o farm owners or managers on animal welfare and operational needs
Must have 5 years or more experience training with Peruvian Paso gaited horses
Must speak English and Spanish
Must have experience with running farm tractor and farm truck
