Job Position: Home Child Care Provider
Job Type: 1-year contract, full-time
Hourly Wage: $19 per hour
Work Hour: 30 hours per week (overtime may be required)

We are seeking a reliable and caring Home Child Care Provider for our 11-year-old daughter. The role involves supervising daily activities, assisting with schoolwork, preparing meals, and organizing recreational and educational activities. Effective communication with parents is key to ensuring a safe and supportive environment for the child.

Job Duties:
• Oversee the child’s daily routine, including homework, meals, playtime, etc.
• Provide emotional support for the child and encourage positive behavior.
• Engage the child in age-appropriate educational activities, such as reading, writing, and creative projects.
• Ensure the child’s safety and well-being at all times.
• Prepare healthy meals and snacks.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks related to the child.
• Maintain communication with parents, providing updates on the child’s daily activities, behaviors, and emotional well-being.
• Monitor the child’s health and promptly inform parents of any signs of illness or discomfort.
• Drop off and pick up the child from school, appointments, and other activities.

Qualification:
• A high school diploma is preferred.
• Proven abilities/experience in childcare or a related field is required.
• A criminal record check is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, responsibility, and a nurturing attitude.
