Title of the position- Helicopter Pilot
Job duties
• Able to fly using longline, fire bucket, and utility gear.
• Operate company helicopters – Airbus AS350 and H125- according to Flight Manual limitations and Canadian Regulations.
• Co-ordinate flight activities with ground crews and air-traffic control, inform crew members of flight and test procedures and direct activities of aircraft crew during flights
• Conduct pre-flight and post flight inspection of aircraft and check passenger and cargo distribution to ensure that weight and balance specifications are met
• Report required repairs to ground maintenance personnel
• Maintain communications with flight dispatchers and weather forecasters and respond to and report in-flight emergencies and malfunctions

Terms of employment: full-time, seasonal work
Language of work- English
Wages: $10,000 – 15,000 per month for 30- 55 hours per week

Requirements:
• Education. Completion of secondary school and Commercial Pilot License
• 1500 hours of flying experience
• Mountain course
