Born in Boston, Godavari serves the most authentic South Indian dishes. Our speciality is our large lunch buffets. We are seeking permanent full time Indian Cuisine Chefs for our new Toronto restaurant located at 795 Markham Rd, Scarborough, ON M1H 2Y2
Candidates require a minimum of 5 years of verifiable commercial cooking experience working as a south Indian cuisine cook in a restaurant or hotel setting, knowledge of south Indian cuisine and ingredients in preparation of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian south Indian cuisine dishes is required.
You must have Expertise in cooking South Indian, North Indian, Indo-Chinese appetizers, Experience in managing buffets and catering order, perform quality checks on food.
There are three positions available, including one head-chef position which will have some additional responsibilities, including: Food production management, Ability to manage large orders, manage food costs and budgets and Adhere to Provincial health standards.
