General Labourer Full Time

Job description:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to assist our roofing crew with daily job site tasks. This position involves supporting roofers, handling materials, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and performing basic labour duties on residential and commercial roofing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist roofers with installation, repair, and removal of roofing materials
Load, unload, and transport tools and materials around job sites
Set up and take down ladders, safety equipment, and work areas
Remove debris and keep job sites clean and organized
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
Perform other general labour duties as assigned
Requirements:

Ability to perform physical labour and lift heavy materials
Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Previous construction or roofing experience is an asset but not required
Working Conditions:

Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
Physically demanding tasks including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods
