Position: General Farm Worker – NOC 85101

Kolla Farms Ltd. is looking to hire a General Farm worker in a permanent, full-time position on their farm located in Cudworth, SK. (Expected start date: as soon as possible).

Job duties Include: Assist with seeding, planting, fertilizing, cultivating, spraying and harvesting crops. Operate and maintain farm equipment and machinery in order to perform above mentioned duties. Maintain spotless work areas and strictly follow safety guidelines to prevent workplace accidents. Execute heavy lifting of farm supplies, seed bags, machinery parts and harvested crops. Apply crop protection products and assist with pest management strategies under direction. General facility maintenance and upkeep and other general farm duties as required.

Wage: $25/hr (between 30 -40 hours per week) Benefits: None (No overtime as per Saskatchewan Employment Standards for Agricultural workers).

Previous experience in grain farming and operating equipment will be an advantage. (No formal qualifications required).

Ability to communicate in English preferred.
