Work Location: On site only
Salary: $36.00 to $37.00 hourly (to be negotiated)
Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week (60 to 88 hours bi-weekly)
Start Date: As soon as possible
Shifts: Early morning, morning, day, evening, night, weekend, on-call, flexible hours

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience:
2 years to less than 3 years in food service supervision or management
On-Site Requirement
Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities (NOC 60030)
• Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate daily food truck operations
• Analyze and develop budgets to control food, labour, and operating costs
• Monitor revenues and labour costs to maintain profitability
• Modify food preparation methods and menu pricing according to budget targets
• Recruit, schedule, supervise, and train staff
• Conduct performance reviews and monitor staff performance
• Organize and maintain inventory and supplies
• Negotiate with suppliers and service providers
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and safety regulations
• Enforce provincial liquor and regulatory requirements where applicable
• Address customer complaints and provide quality customer service
• Support marketing initiatives, catering, and special events
• Manage cash, balance sheets, and daily financial reports
• Lead and instruct staff in a fast-paced, remote environment
