We are recognized as one of the finest authentic Taiwanese bubble tea shops in Taiwan, Canada, the USA and thirteen other countries, and we are still going strong. Now, we are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Food Service Supervisor to join our team in Burnaby, BC.

Job duties:
• Supervise and co-ordinate daily beverage preparation activities; promote operational efficiency and ensure standards of quality are met.
• Establish and manage team schedules and shift assignments.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer issues.
• Keep records such as the amount and cost of beverages, sales and wastage.
• Track the inventory of ingredients and supplies and place purchase orders when needed.
• Ensure health and food safety standards be adhered to at all stages, from storage through delivery.
• Train new staff in beverage preparation and conduct work performance evaluation.

Requirements:
• Completion of a college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related discipline or several years of experience in food preparation or service are required.
• Comprehensive health and safety knowledge
• Excellent communicative and interpersonal skills
• High level of customer service skills and problem-solving ability
• Organized, detail-oriented, efficient and flexible
