Food Service Supervisor Full Time

The Pita Pit family is seeking two (2) Food Service Supervisors to join our expanding team at our Red Deer location. This is a full time position with English as the medium language of competency and communication.

Job duties include:

-Supervise and schedule kitchen and restaurant server staff
-Maintain and order ingredients and other supplies as needed
-Monitor and manage food quality and customer service levels
-Maintain records of stock and overage/shortages
-Prepare and submit reports
-Address customer complaints and concerns

Education:

-Secondary high school diploma. Post-secondary education in restaurant management is an asset.

Experience:

-2 to 3 years direct experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $18.00 per hour for 30-40 hours per week
