Chatime is a reputable Taiwanese brand founded in 2005. We are recognized as one of the finest authentic Taiwanese bubble tea shops in Taiwan, Canada, the USA and thirteen other countries, and we are still going strong. Now, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Burnaby, BC.
Job duties:
• Assist in overseeing daily operations of the bubble tea store, including optimizing work procedures, managing staff schedules, and ensuring exceptional customer service experiences.
• Train and lead team members, ensuring they meet Chatime’s standards for product quality, customer engagement, and compliance with health and safety protocols.
• Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage inventory to ensure availability of ingredients and products, minimizing waste and maintaining cost efficiency.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for both customers and staff.
• Support with cash handling, preparing daily sales reports, and ensuring accurate and compliant financial transactions.
Requirements:
• Several years of experience in the food service are required.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communicative skills in English.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• High level of customer service skills with a strong problem-solving mindset.
• Organized, detail-oriented, efficient, and flexible.
