Job duties:
1. Prepare and assess flooring surfaces, ensuring they are clean, level, and ready for installation.
2. Install various floor coverings (e.g., vinyl, hardwood, laminate) using appropriate tools and techniques.
3. Align materials, join seams, and finish edges for a professional, durable result.
4. Perform basic repairs and maintenance on existing flooring as needed.
5. May collaborate on material selection and labor costs when required.

Skills requirements (includes education and work experience):
– Education: High School Diploma
– Experience: 7 months to less than a year
