Schedule: Monday to Friday – 40 hours/week
Minimum Qualifications:
• Computer and technology knowledge: MS Word, Microsoft Office, MS Excel
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree
• Work Experience: minimum 5 years
• Knowledge of Information System, Banking System
• Understanding banking operations and business development would be an asset

Main job duties:
• Interview applicants for personal, mortgage, student and business loans
• Promote the sale of deposit, investment, credit and loan products and services
• Assist clients by proposing solutions to address financial objectives such as business expansion, debt management, investment and other financial goals
• Research and evaluate loan applicant’s financial status, references, credit and ability to repay the loan
• Complete credit and loan documentation
• Review and update credit and loan files
• Act as joint custodian for cash and securities
• Receive targets and register challenging targets in business activities
• Monitor and manage work completion against budget and targets
• Develop the budget according to the annual operating plan and manage the operating budget according to the approved limit
• Responsible for implementing partner development activities, business cooperation programs, and sales promotion activities in the lending sector
• Develop partners in the assigned area, evaluate, appraise, and propose cooperation with potential partners to the competent approval level to develop the market and expand the customer network;
• Analyze and evaluate the market, provide necessary consultation, and participate in developing policies and regulations on selecting and developing partners to promote market share development
• Monitor, analyze, and evaluate the effectiveness of Auto/Mortgage Loan product lines
• Consult with Management to build/adjust products, business plans, and effective sales contest programs
• Implement cooperation programs with partners to ensure a balance of risk and profit
• Participate in building and creating Business Performance Management tools
• Participate in building and managing data systems to serve financial reports, performance reports, and analysis reports related to finance to meet the internal management requirements
