Job Description and Qualifications:
Farmhouse Bakery Inc. is company located in Clarenville, NL that produces allergy-friendly baked goods for a wide range of customers. We are a community-focused agricultural and culinary operation dedicated to creating high quality delicious baked goods. We aim to deliver products that meet high standards of quality using selected ingredients. Our staff consists of experienced professionals committed to maintaining customer service and providing fresh products. We are looking for skilled Farm Workers to join our growing team.

Job Duties:

• Performing planting, weeding, and harvesting tasks in a timely manner;
• Operating basic farming tools and equipment under supervision;
• Maintaining the health and care of crops or livestock, as applicable;
• Assisting with irrigation, fertilizing, and pest control as directed;
• Cleaning and maintaining farm facilities and equipment;
• Following all safety procedures and guidelines while operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment; and
• Flexibility to travel to different sites may be required.

Skills (education, experience):
• Secondary education
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Farm Worker or similar role

Language of Work: English

Wage: $17.38/hour

Hours: Minimum 30 hours a week; may work overtime hours
