Job Description and Qualifications:
Three Mill Ridge Ranch Inc., located in Lethbridge, NL, is a family-owned vegetable farm distinguished by its commitment to land restoration and sustainable agricultural methods. We are recognized for implementing practices such as crop rotation and integrated pest management, while also providing educational farm tours. In addition to vegetables, we offer meat and cheese as part of our community-supported agriculture program. We are looking for skilled Farm Workers to join our growing team.

Job Duties:

• Performing planting, weeding, and harvesting tasks in a timely manner;
• Operating basic farming tools and equipment under supervision;
• Maintaining the health and care of crops or livestock, as applicable;
• Assisting with irrigation, fertilizing, and pest control as directed;
• Cleaning and maintaining farm facilities and equipment;
• Following all safety procedures and guidelines while operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment; and
• Flexibility to travel to different sites may be required.

Skills (education, experience):
• Secondary education
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Farm Worker or similar role

Language of Work: English

Wage: $17.38/hour

Hours: Minimum 30 hours a week; may work overtime hours
